FUTURE FORESTER
WORKSHOP
Forestry is one of the largest sectors and one of the longest established education fields in Estonia and probably also in Europe. We wish to inspire passion and excellence in forest ecosystem management. We do this through education and knowledge-sharing among educational organizations.
Life and the way processes are managed have changed. What does the change mean for employers and how employees can best cope with the necessary changes should be understood and learned. For higher educational institutions, this kind of rapid changes set huge challenges and responsibility to educate students in the right field and with the competencies that keep them competitive in the job market.
What are the key aspects and features for future foresters to be excellent on?
